Eunike Kartika Salduna is an Indonesian national who earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemistry from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). She has a strong interest in business development, environmental sustainability, product development, carbon management, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Eunike has over two years of experience as Director of Business Development at PT Inovasi Hijau Indonesia and holds multiple certifications in business development, environmental management, carbon management, SDGs, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Net Zero Emission (NZE).
She is actively engaged in building the impact and startup ecosystem in Indonesia, contributing to various organizations such as Block71 Indonesia & Singapore, the American Chemical Society, Impactto, Business Initiave Movement, TEDx, DKST ITB, BIG Unpad, and SPE UI. Currently, Eunike serves as the Founder and Director of PT Algatek Karbon Nusantara.

Rizqi Affan Alfitri is an Indonesian national who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Management from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He has a strong interest in supply chain management, corporate finance, and business strategy. With nearly four years of experience at PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia, he has developed solid expertise in financial and operational strategy. Rizqi has also passed the CFA Program Level I, demonstrating his strong foundation in finance and investment analysis. Currently, he serves as the CFO and Co-Founder of PT Algatek Karbon Nusantara.

Ria Kusuma Dewi is an accomplished Indonesian professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Indonesia. Passionate about sales, marketing, business development, and occupational health and safety (Ahli K3), she has built a distinguished career at the intersection of industrial innovation and sustainability.
With over a decade of experience in recycled water management and water sustainability as a Business Unit Manager at PT Zeus Kimiatama Indonesia (Zekindo Chemicals), Ria has played a key role in advancing sustainable industrial practices across Indonesia. Her additional two years of expertise in water treatment sales and marketing have further strengthened her strategic and technical acumen in the environmental sector.
Driven by a vision to create a greener and more sustainable future, Ria currently serves as the President Commissioner and Co-Founder of PT Algatek Karbon Nusantara, where she continues to lead initiatives that promote environmental responsibility and sustainable business growth.

He currently serves as the President Director of PT Inovasi Hijau Indonesia (Greenlabs), a company focused on the production of bio-based chemicals.
